Comments WiMAX mode is NOT supported by the PocketPORT.
3G/CDMA mode IS supported.
Configure the PocketPORT before inserting the USB modem. After writing the configuration parameters to persistent memory, power off the PocketPORT, inserrt the USB modem and power the PocketPORT back on.
Signal strength will not display until the DevicePort has been set to ttyUSB1 and the configuration has been saved and the PocketPORT restarted.
