• Minnesota
• North Carolina
• New Jersey
• Pennsylvania
• South Carolina
• Washington

Sales taxes will be automatically calculated and added to your order.

If you are a tax exempt organization, please create a usernmae on our site and send a copy of your Sales Tax License or Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to SalesTax@proxicast.com or fax a copy to 1-412-492-9386 before placing your order online.  We will notify you once your account has been marked as tax exempt.
